ETA: there's some sort of snag with the collection, I will update once it's fixed and the collection is actually open. I will update you as soon as that happens. I can only apologise, it's not an issue I've run into before.

Okay, I've tried every setting but somehow it isn'tworking, and I also have to head to bed now so I'll take another look in the morning. I have had many collection snags in my time running this exchange, but this isn't one I've encountered before. I'm really sorry about this, I'll try and figure it out as soon as I can!
