The exchange is over!
As it's still quite a new event with a fairly small group of participants, I would really appreciate feedback. What went well? What can I do better next time?

Things I am already aware of and am planning to change next year:

- The email address I've been using for the exchange has given me no end of trouble and this resulted in some long delays in my responding to people. I have changed to a more reliable service which actually connects to my DW/LJ notifications - something the old email seemed to be able to do only when it felt like it - so hopefully I will be better at keeping on top of people's messages to me. I will also make a page-the-mod post so you can use that to contact me.

- The signup form will change a bit and include a link to a list of kinks and tropes to make it easier for people to specify what they want/don't want.

- I now know how the anon thing works so hopefully I will do it correctly next time.

Any issues apart from these, please comment below. Was the time of year okay? Was it enough time to write the fic or could it be shorter? Would you like more of a social element? Or is there something else you want to tell me or suggest for next year? Do you know any forums where we should advertise/pimp the exchange?
